MSA Houston matriculated its first class in June 2010. Our Houston location is part of a strategic plan to grow our program, boost career possibilities for our students, and further expand the AA profession to the western states.
Our focus is on teaching and learning in a student-centered, supportive environment. Students receive hands-on learning and engage in quality patient care throughout their two years of study. Our dedicated faculty will guide students to become skillfull and reflective practitioners and lifelong learners.
Houston FAQs
When does the Houston program start?
Our inaugural class began on June 1, 2010. The program starts in June of each year, and the application deadline is October 1 of the preceeding year (ex. deadline of October 1, 2011 for a June 2012 program start). Our Houston program will accept up to 22 students.
How do I apply?
You can apply to any of our locations or to all of them with one application. Whether you are applying to one, two, or all program locations, only one $50 application fee is required.
To apply, select Apply to the Program under Quick Links on the left menu. Follow the instructions on our website for applying online to the Case Western Reserve University MSA Program.
Write the program location you are applying to on the top of your Statement of Objectives. If you are applying to more than one location, indicate the programs and your preferred location.
When is the application deadline?
Our application deadline for all our program locations has been extended to December 1, 2011. Online applications are now being accepted for admission to the class that will begin in June 2012.
What are the Houston program's admission requirements?
